MANAGEMENT TEAM PROFILE
Andy is a graduate of Business administration from Delta State University, Abraka . He commenced his banking career with Merchant Bank of Commerce-MBCOM (Defunct Continental Trust Bank and now part of UBA Plc) and spent over 14 years in the industry before stepping out to set up Richards Infrastructures Limited. Andy’s banking experience covers Treasury, Retail, Commercial and Corporate Banking Services in six (6) banks including UBA Plc and Zenith Bank Plc.
He developed flair and interest in Real Estate/Infrastructural Development while he was a branch manager with UBA Plc. Then he funded, supervised and managed relationship with Real Estate developers where he was exposed to the intricacies of the business. He consolidated his knowledge of the industry when he moved to the defunct Bank PHB Plc (Now Keystone Bank Limited) as the Head of Construction and Infrastructures Desk of Bank’s corporate division. He participated in the execution of several projects from the planning stage to completion because of his role as the financier of these projects. His involvement exposed him to the facility management gap in the industry upon which he left Banking to pioneer the birth of Richards Infrastructures Limited. He has attended several trainings on Infrastructural Development, PPP concession and Real Estate development. He is happily married with four children.
Enunwaonye Austine is a graduate of both marketing (HND) and B.SC Economics and has an MBA in Banking and finance, with considerable past work experience as a Financial Analyst, Marketer, Credit and Relationship Management. He has proven ability in profitably managing funds, liquidity, loans, business relationships and ensuring a high level of customer service at all times. He is self-motivated, dedicated, hardworking, friendly and an enthusiastic professional. He has worked in Continental Trust Bank, UBA, Ecobank, Enterprise Bank (now Heritage Bank).
Funmi is an honest, dedicated and result oriented sales and customer service manager. Her resilience and enthusiastic for leadership services relating to marketing and customer relation services made her transition from customer relation executive to Head of Sales and Marketing. She is a graduate of Diplomatic studies as well as History and international relations at Lagos State University and Olabisi Onabanjo University respectively. She has also acquired certifications in customer service relations. Funmi has over Fifteen (15) years work experience in both sales and customer service management in Retail, Banking and the real Estate industries over the years.
Solomon is a graduate of Geography and Geographic Information System (B.TECH) from the Federal University of Technology, Yola. He has attended Several Trainings in Sales Management, Right Work Ethics, Effective Goals and Objectives Management, FGBMF Leadership Training for leaders and many others. He has built capacity and knowledge in Real Estate Marketing, Management and Business Development through his network and interaction with major players in the Market for over seven (7) years. He is currently the Head of Real estate / marketing business, Abuja branch.
Oluwaseyi is an experienced quantity surveyor with over eighteen (18) years’ work experience. He is a graduate of building and quantity surveying from Ondo state polytechnic Owo, Ondo state. Seyi is a professional member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS) and currently the Chief Quantity Surveyor at Richards Infrastructures Ltd.
BOLAJI LUCY ADAOBI
Lucy is a seasoned and passionate HR Generalist with over 13 years’ experience cutting across the research and consulting sector.
Her proven track record in Talent Management, HR Advisory, Employee Relations, and other HR Value Chain enabled her successful transition from a HR administrator to Head of HR with Kainosedge Data Services Limited and now currently the Group Head HR Manager of a leading Real Estate and Facility Management Company.
She currently oversees HR activities in 3 Subsidiaries of the organization across Nigeria (Lagos, Abuja, Enugu, Benin and Port Harcourt), with a workforce of over 120.
She attended Lagos State University, Ojo, where she studied Economics. A member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) that is dedicated, focused and goal-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills. Lucy is happily married and blessed with 3 lovely children.
Isu was formerly the head of accounts and Administrative department in Nulec Ind. Ltd. He has over 20 years of experience in handling accounting, administrative as well as ample knowledge in all tax matters countrywide before joining Richard’s Infrastructures in July, 2015. Isu has attended courses for “Middle-level management development workshop, organized by Centre for Management Development (CMD) and Managing People for Excellence, organized by “Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). He has Advance Diplomat in Business Administration, Bsc. accounts and MBA.
