Mountview Shopping Center is a mall planned on 7,000 sqm parcel of land with 4,000 sqm adequate provisions for car parking lots located in the heart of Lifecamp, Gwarinpa – Abuja.
The lifecamp axis hosts over four to five thousand houses which include highbrow estates like Godab, Brains and hammers, Monarch Garden, Canaan, Palm city e.t.c. who currently have to go to the central city to shop.
Construction work commenced early December 2014 and project is to be concluded and delivered March 2016 alongside a 2 kilometer access road to link the shopping mall to existing communities’ road as a corporate social responsibility initiative.
SPAR Supermarket has concluded an upfront lease agreement for the entire ground floor covering 3,000 sqm for 10 years. Several International and National brands such as Nike, Levi’s, Swatch, Health Plus Pharmacy, Life mate Furniture’s are at different levels of purchase/lease discussions.
